How To Make Crispy Roasted Mini Potatoes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius).
Wash small potatoes and pat them dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Transfer the coated potatoes to a large baking sheet and spread them out evenly in a single layer.
Remove potatoes from oven. Toss crispy roast potatoes in grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
