How To Make Perfect Oven Roasted Corn
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
Prepare the corn by removing the husk and silk. Spread 6 ears of corn evenly across the pan.
Melt a quarter cup of salted butter and pour over the corn. Season with additional salt if desired.
Roast the corn in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and slightly cool. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
