Seasoned Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Roasted Sweet Potatoes are a staple at my house. They are perfectly sweet and comforting when roasted in the oven at high heat. (gluten free, whole30, paleo)
- sweet potato
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
HOW TO MAKE SEASONED ROASTED SWEET POTATOES
– Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Pour cubed sweet potatoes into a medium mixing bowl and add olive oil, salt, and pepper
Toss gently with hands ensuring that all potatoes have oil on them.
Pour potatoes onto a sheet pan and make sure they are laid out into a single layer for even cooking.
