- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mix the honey and ginger. Set aside.
Heat a grill pan to medium-high.
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and put in a grill pan.
Cook chicken until almost done, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
Brush a generous amount of the sauce on each side of the chicken. Cook for another minute on each side.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a few days. Makes great leftovers.
