Cake Mix Confetti Cookies
These super easy and delicious Cake Mix Confetti Cookies are just the ticket for your next bake sale or event. They can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes and kids love them. Who can resist sprinkles?

Ingredients
- 1 box rainbow chip or confetti cake mix can use gluten free
- 1 stick unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoon sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl and break up any lumps.
- Make a well in the middle and add all remaining ingredients.
- Stir until combined.
- Using a small melon ball scooper, scoop out dough and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching carefully. Edges will just start to brown a bit.
- Cool on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
