Easiest Five Ingredient Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce I use gluten free tamari
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar and more for topping
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar or balsamic
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 organic chicken drumsticks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and whisk.
  • Put marinade in a ziplock with chicken drumsticks and marinate for at least thirty minutes or overnight.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
  • Flip and cook on low broil for ten minutes. Watch carefully.
