Salad

large jicama
peeled and cut into strips
½
red onion
sliced very thin

mangos
peeled and sliced into strips
½
head napa cabbage
thinly sliced
1
avocado
sliced
½
cup
cilantro
chopped
Dressing
4
tablespoon
fresh orange juice
zest of 1 orange
2
tablespoon
honey or sugar
½
cup
olive oil
2
dashes hot sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place all salad ingredients on a platter.
For dressing, put all ingredients into a mason jar and shake.
Dress salad right before serving. Top with cilantro.
Notes
This will store longer in the refrigerator if you store the dressing separately. Only dress it right before you serve.
