Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1 large jicama peeled and cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onion sliced very thin
  • 2 mangos peeled and sliced into strips
  • 1/2 head napa cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • Dressing
  • 4 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place all salad ingredients on a platter.
  • For dressing, put all ingredients into a mason jar and shake.
  • Dress salad right before serving. Top with cilantro.

Notes

This will store longer in the refrigerator if you store the dressing separately.  Only dress it right before you serve.
