Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk, plain
  • 1 cup fresh kale, washed and trimmed
  • 1 pear, cut into four pieces
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 pieces ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz.  Cheers to your health!

Notes

For a thinner consistency add more almond milk.  For thicker smoothie add more ice.
