Ingredients

  • 3 firm yellow tomatoes
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ jalepeno, seeded
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Toss to combine. Serve this Sunny Pico De Gallo With Yellow Tomatoes.

Notes

Serve with tortilla or pita chips.  Also great on fish tacos!
