Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or other liquid
  • 1 cup greens (I used kale)
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 pieces of ice (unless you used frozen fruit)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blitz.
