In a dutch oven or large pot brown onions, celery, carrots and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes until onions become translucent.
Add sausage, cook for another few minutes. This sausage is precooked so just try to get a little browning on it.
Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, basil and oregeno stirring well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over medium low for about 10 minutes.
Stir in tortellini, cook for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let it get too soft.
Add milk and stir. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Add greens.
Serve with fresh parmesan.
