Ingredients

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a jar or a bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  • When ready to serve, stir well and add toppings of your choice. I added coconut yogurt and pieces of dark chocolate.

Notes

I don't add maple syrup at all because my toppings in this case were sweet.  Feel free to add more or less sweetener as needed.
Feel free to use almond milk, coconut milk, cow's milk, oat milk or hemp milk.  It all works just as well.
Nutrition information is calculated without toppings.
