Quinoa Yogurt Parfait

Getting tired of the same old breakfast? How about a High Protein Quinoa Yogurt Parfait? It’s full of seasonal berries, coconut yogurt, and high-protein quinoa. Add a drizzle of maple syrup for some extra sweetness. {gluten free, vegan, dairy free}

  • 1 ½ cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cups plain coconut yogurt
  • handful of berries I used blueberries, raspberries, and currants
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup optional


  • Place quinoa in the bottom of two glasses.
  • Top with coconut yogurt.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup if using and top with berries.
  • Can be stored in fridge for two days.


This recipe is infinitely adaptable!  Add any fresh fruit, berries, nuts or seeds that you desire!
