  • 2 15 oz cans chickpeas garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • ½ red pepper diced small
  • cup red onion diced small
  • 1 cup of chopped herbs dill, parsley, and basil
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
