- 2 cups kale torn from stem
- 2-3 tablespoon goji berries
- 1 ½ - 2 cups coconut water
- 3-4 cubes ice
- optional add-ins: chia seeds flax seeds or cocoa nibs
Throw all ingredients into a blender and puree until combined.
Pour into a glass, add a straw and be proud of yourself.
