Supergreens Salad with Cherries and Feta

This Supergreens Salad with Cherries and Feta will become your new favorite salad. It's super easy to whip up for weekday healthy lunches. It can also stand it's own at a summer cookout or barbecue.

  • 1 bag supergreens about 4 cups, washed and dried
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and halved
  • ¼ cup feta
  • For Dressing:
  • 3 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Dress salad right before serving.
