Ingredients

cooked black rice
forbidden

baby spinach

cup
sliced strawberries
1
cup
blueberries

pistachios
Dressing:
½
cup
olive oil
¼
cup
Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar or another vinegar

cloves
garlic
chopped
¼
cup
fresh orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake.
Dress salad and mix well.
Feel free to add feta.
