  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 banana frozen is good
  • toppings:
  • coconut flakes
  • slivered almonds
  • berries


  • Mix all smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender.
  • Add more or less milk to get desired consistency.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
  • Eat with a spoon!
