- ½ medium sized seedless watermelon cut into chunks
- 2 limes juiced
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- ice for serving
- mint for garnish
Mix watermelon chunks in the blender until pureed.
Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Add lime juice and honey to taste.
Serve cold over ice. (very cold)
Garnish with mint.
