  • ½ medium sized seedless watermelon cut into chunks
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • ice for serving
  • mint for garnish


  • Mix watermelon chunks in the blender until pureed.
  • Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  • Add lime juice and honey to taste.
  • Serve cold over ice. (very cold)
  • Garnish with mint.
