- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 ½ cups almond or coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- ½ cup gluten free oats (I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 3-4 pieces of ice
Put all ingredients in blender and blitz for a minute. Taste and check consistency. Add more milk to make it thinner and more ice for thickness.
Pour into a glass and garnish with sliced almonds, oats, and blackberries.
