Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup gluten free oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
