Slice bananas into three pieces and insert popsicle sticks as far as they will go. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and freeze for one hour.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring often.
Remove banana pops from freezer and dip into chocolate. Use a spoon to ensure the whole banana is covered. Immediately top with sprinkled candies. Do one at a time, because once the chocolate sets you cannot get the candies to stick.
Place back in the freezer until ready to serve.
You can make these ahead and store them in the freezer.
