Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
  • 3 pieces of ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a high powered mixer. I love my Vitamix. If it's too thick add more almond milk, too thin add more ice.
  • Garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg and bananas
