- ½ cup gluten free oats I used Bob's Red Mill
- ½ cup coconut milk or milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- 2 tablespoon gluten free chocolate chips I use Enjoy Life
Mix oats and milk in a bowl.
Add pumpkin and honey, mix well.
Pour into a jar.
Top with chocolate chips. I chopped up some of mine to make smaller shards of chocolate.
Store in fridge overnight.
