Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten free oats I used Bob's Red Mill
  • ½ cup coconut milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 2 tablespoon gluten free chocolate chips I use Enjoy Life

Instructions

  • Mix oats and milk in a bowl.
  • Add pumpkin and honey, mix well.
  • Pour into a jar.
  • Top with chocolate chips. I chopped up some of mine to make smaller shards of chocolate.
  • Store in fridge overnight.
