- 1.25 lb precut sweet potato fries
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the potatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle all spices on the potatoes and toss well with hands. Make sure all potatoes have spices on them.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes depending on the size of your sweet potato fries.
Serve with fresh chopped parsley and a bit more salt.
