Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup Sprite
  • ¾ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Sear in oil until browned.
  • Place in slow cooker.
  • Whisk Sprite, sweet chili, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low 5–6 hours.
  • Uncover last 30 minutes to thicken.
