London Broil is a classic entree that my teens request every week. It is easy to mix it up by using different marinades and I love having leftovers for salads, quesedillas and grain bowls.
Make one of these delicious side dishes; roasted sweet potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, wild rice salad, caesar salad, strawberry feta salad, sauteed green beans, kale and apple salad, air fryer naan bread, mac n cheese, asparagus or tomato basil salad.
