Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen dragonfruit cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 4 oz filtered water or coconut water adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Throw all ingredients into a Vitamix and blend on high. Add more or less water depending on how thick you like it. You can also add a handful of spinach or kale but it will not be this brilliant pink color.
