Ingredients

  • 1 round of brie, rind cut off top
  • 1 ½ cup Cape Cod Select Cranberries, frozen
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (more if you prefer it sweeter)
  • 3 tablespoon pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut rind off of brie and discard.   Place brie on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Prepare sauce: Place cranberries, water and honey into a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stir often.
  • Once boiling turn down to low and simmer for about five minutes, stirring often until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness to liking.  Feel free to add more water if you want to thin it out.
  • Pour on top of brie and heat in oven until brie becomes melty about 10-15 minutes. Top with pecans and more honey.  Serve immediately with crackers or sliced apples.
