Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut rind off of brie and discard. Place brie on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Prepare sauce: Place cranberries, water and honey into a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Stir often.
Once boiling turn down to low and simmer for about five minutes, stirring often until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust sweetness to liking. Feel free to add more water if you want to thin it out.
Pour on top of brie and heat in oven until brie becomes melty about 10-15 minutes. Top with pecans and more honey. Serve immediately with crackers or sliced apples.
