Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a ¼ sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk all dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 13' x 9' sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Cook in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with toppings.
Notes
I haven't tried other gluten free flour blends in this recipe but they would probably work. I recommended Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Flour or Cup 4 Cup Flour.
