Start by whisking together your flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa mix together.
In a separate bowl, cream together your butter and sugar, add in your eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
Start adding your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients. Followed by your chocolate milk. Mix until all ingredients are added together and well combined.
Pour batter into a piping bag, cut off the top. Spray your donut pan with your cooking spray, and pipe batter into each well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don’t overbake, they will be dry! Let cool.
Place your chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in one mine intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Pour into a piping bag and pipe onto the top of each cooled donut. Top with dehydrated marshmallows.
Serve them up with some hot chocolate and enjoy! The perfect Christmas morning donut!
