  • 1 pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls 12 count
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce divided
  • ½ cup of pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl add the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Spread HALF the pizza sauce onto the bottom buns. Sprinkle HALF the cheese mixture over top of the sauce.
  • Place the pepperoni over the cheese, load it up with pepperoni! Top with the remaining cheese. Spread the remaining pizza sauce on the bottom half of the top buns.
  • Set the buns back on top of the sliders. In a small bowl melt the butter and add the garlic and Italian seasoning, stir. Brush the garlic butter on the tops of the buns.
