- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
- 3 pieces of ice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a high powered mixer. I love my Vitamix. If it's too thick add more almond milk, too thin add more ice.
Garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg and bananas
