large lacinato kale leaves, trimmed from stems

frozen raspberries

non fat Greek yogurt, plain

kiwi, sliced

honey or maple syrup (leave out if keto)
fruit and garnish for topping
Instructions
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high powered blender and blitz until well combined. I had to use my tamper to push the ingredients down. This will be thick.
Pour into a bowl and garnish!
