This easy Two Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef Brisket will be a dinner home run. Cooking brisket in the slow cooker with salsa verde makes the meat tender and juicy.
Put the beef brisket in and top with salsa verde. I used 2 cups salsa verde and the beef was spicy. If you prefer a milder flavor use 1 cup salsa verde and 1 cup water. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
