The staple of fast food restaurants is French fries, and there is no denying that. But who has the best ones? There is a lot of debate about this, so we went to a popular internet forum to put this to rest once and for all. Here is a list of the ten fast-food restaurants voted to have the best fries.

1. McDonald's

It should be no surprise that McDonald's French fries got the most votes in this category. Many people love their French fries to the point where they claim they are addicting. Several commenters talk about how eating them in the car on their way home is the best way to enjoy them.

However, it is also said that they drastically drop in flavor and texture if you wait too long to eat them. Someone suggests that if they get too cold to eat, the trick is to pop them in an air fryer to refresh them, not the microwave.

2. Five Guys

Five Guys fries are next on the list. They have a Cajun option, which many voters recommend. However, one claims their local restaurant puts too much of this seasoning on, overpowering the flavor.

Because Five Guys use peanut oil for their French fries, those with peanut allergies should avoid them. That said, many responders agree that this is what makes their French fries so delicious.

3. Arby's Curly Fries
