Our local stores no longer carry Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix. They carry the Bob's Red Mill ingredients such as coconut nut flour, almond flour and tapioca flour which I have purchased. We have specialized diets in our house and miss eating pancakes. Can you please send me the pancake recipe?

To Karen Kelly,
I just read your article about things and items no longer useful. Most I agree with, but one I definitely must bring up. As a retired elementary school teacher who used to love teaching cursive writing, I think being able to read how the letters are formed and connect with each other will still be a needed skill as the generations grow up. There are still restaurants and stores and family communications that are written in all kinds of cursive writing. I agree that a lot of time should not be spent on learning how to write in cursive, especially any especially ornate forms of it. But time is needed in elementary school, or at the latest middle school, to be able to read cards and notes and letters written by relatives even one generation older than the current one. Some current Christmas cards and greeting card are still printed in cursive! It's pretty sad that some high school graduates can't even sign a check written to them by an older relative or sign a legal document as they get older. It wouldn't take much time and effort for schools to teach the reading of cursive writing. Please reconsider what you wrote. And there are some school systems going back to teaching it because they felt a need for this skill, even in the 2020s.
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to know if you would be interested in a guest post offer that will boost your website traffic? I’ve got one for you!
