Nothing lasts forever, and for some, that sometimes, unfortunately, applies to their favorite drinks. Companies regularly halt production on products that aren’t posting strong sales anymore or are limited editions. That doesn’t mean people don’t miss them, though, and here are 11 sodas and other drinks that many people would love to see come back.

Crystal Pepsi
Released in 1992, Crystal Pepsi was gone by 1993 because sales were so bad. Enough people liked this clear cola so Pepsi brought it back in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Sales were still disappointing, and Pepsi says it won’t be back again.
Black Cherry Vanilla Coke
This came out in 2006 and was gone by the following year. Maybe there was just too much going on for too many people. Its fans still keep a hopeful eye out.
Coca-Cola Blak
An early fusion drink, Coca-Cola Blak blended the taste of Coke and coffee. It turned out that among people who loved both, not enough loved both at once. It disappeared in 2007.
Sprite Remix
Sprite Remix had a variety of fruity flavors to enhance the traditional clear, caffeine-free soda. Sales didn’t take off, though, and 2005 was the last year you could find it on the shelves.
Snapple Elements
Snapple decided to introduce drinks inspired by the natural elements, and the first four flavors, which debuted in 1999, were Earth, Fire, Rain, and Sun. Later, Snapple expanded the line to include teas and energy drinks. The line was discontinued in 2005 but recently returned with a different formula (less sugar). Fans still hope the originals return.
A fruit-flavored drink with small edible balls floating in it, Orbitz was different. Its unique appearance made for a lot of popularity initially, but sales eventually declined to the point that it was discontinued in the late 1990s.
Surge
In the 1990s, Coca-Cola released this citrus-flavored soda. Often compared to Mountain Dew, the soda amassed a cult following, but it wasn’t enough to keep sales strong. 2003 was the last year it was available.
Hi-C Ecto Cooler
When Ghostbusters II came out in 1989, Hi-C released this green citrus-flavored drink as a limited tie-in. In 2016, when the Ghostbusters reboot was released, the drink returned for a limited time only.
Clearly Canadian
A sparkling water that came in fruity flavors, Clearly Canadian became popular for the taste and its sleek glass bottles. The height of its popularity was in the 1990s, and it was discontinued in the early 2000s.
Gatorade Lemon Ice
Gatorade was always clear that this flavor would be available for just a limited time. After it disappeared in 2015, fans kept looking for it for a couple more years, hoping against hope that they’d find a bottle someone missed or that Gatorade would bring it back.
Tab
This diet soft drink had a long run: 1963 to 2020. For many years, it was a popular alternative to regular Coca-Cola. After Diet Coke came out in 1982, Tab sales steadily declined. Production decreased accordingly until the company finally pulled the plug on it.
