I never get tired of wholesome oatmeal loaded with seasonal goodies like this Blood Orange and Chocolate Oatmeal. Made easily in the microwave and full of citrus flavor. {gluten free, vegan, dairy free}
Add oatmeal, water, and salt to a bowl and cook in microwave for one minute.
Add some almond milk to taste and top with blood oranges, chocolate chips, and pistachios.
Serve immediately.
