medium sized seedless watermelon
cut into chunks

limes
juiced
1-2
tablespoon
honey
ice for serving
mint for garnish
Instructions
Mix watermelon chunks in the blender until pureed.
Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Add lime juice and honey to taste.
Serve cold over ice. (very cold)
Garnish with mint.
