Is it five o'clock yet?  This Blood Orange Crush is what you need this weekend. It's sweet, low in calories and filled with fresh blood orange juice. The perfect way to celebrate a long week.

     Blood Orange Crush with oranges

Normally I reserve drinks like this Blood Orange Crush for summer sippers but I winterized this one with winter citrus.  I am obsessed with all things blood orange.

Blood oranges are by far, the most beautiful of all fruit, don't you agree? I had to search several stores to find these.  They usually carry them everywhere but for whatever reason, I could only find them at Whole Foods.

You won't believe how tasty four ingredients can be...

    • fresh squeezed blood orange juice
    • mandarin vodka
    • triple sec
    • club soda

    That's it!

    Blood Orange Crush with limes

I've partnered with Drizly to bring you this Blood Orange Crush today. Have you heard of Drizly?  Well, you need to because they deliver alcohol to your door.  Can you imagine how stinkin convenient that would be?  I mean why not?  They deliver for a flat fee of $5 and the price of the alcohol is not marked up.  Just add the vodka to your cart and viola, you'll be ready to make this cocktail on the weekend!  I also love them because they are based in my favorite city of Boston.  I miss you, Boston!

Seriously, check out Drizly here and tell them I sent you.

I think you'll love this Skinny Blood Orange Crush.  It's...

    • refreshing
    • naturally sweet from the blood orange juice
    • gorgeous
    • lower in calories
    • festive
    • quick
    • simple

    Cheers!

My wife loves her seltzer, so I would love to try that option without the Vodka.

I need a cocktail after all the crazy insane weather we've been having in Los Angeles lately, Karen. I have a carton of honey bells that I need to use up so I think this delicious cocktail is on my radar for tonight!
