Easiest Two Ingredient Fudge, just like mom used to make. All it takes is sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Add candies on top to make it pretty and you are done!
I feel a bit guilty giving you this recipe. I mean who would ever want to make my soon to be posted Peppermint Cups when you can make something as easy and delicious as this? It's so easy, it feels like I'm cheating. Well, there is a time and a place for something easy and a time for something more hands on. This is a recipe you must have in your arsenal. It's great for gift giving and can be whipped up in a flash. The toppings make it super festive and it tastes creamy and delicious.
You can eat your Easiest Two Ingredient Fudge plain or add fun toppings like candy canes, marshmallows, M&M's, red hots, crushed cookies, sprinkles → basically anything full of food coloring. Feel free to swirl in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or marshmallow fluff after pouring it into the pan.
If you are feeling extra lazy don't even heat up your stove, just pop it in the microwave and melt this concoction. I have better luck with the stove top on low. That way I know I won't melt the chocolate too fast and burn it.
So get ready for gift giving and wrap these up for neighbors, the mail carrier, your school bus driver, the ladies in the school office, teachers, principal, hairdresser, nail technician, trash collector, your pastor or even your lawn guys. Did I forget anyone?
I'm totally in love with this easy chocolate fudge. Thanks, Mom!
Remember to use gluten free chocolate chips if you want gluten free fudge. Most Hershey's and Nestle's chips are gluten free but always check the labels. I prefer Enjoy Life chocolate chips.
