What better way can you think of to start your day? I usually eat this with eggs or something else containing protein. Or I have it in the late afternoon to keep me away from handfuls of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips. Sometimes I’ll drink one before bed because it’s a freebie. Better for me than ice cream!
- 2 cups kale torn from stem
- 2-3 tbsp goji berries
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups coconut water
- 3-4 cubes ice
- optional add-ins: chia seeds flax seeds or cocoa nibs
Throw all ingredients into a blender and puree until combined.
Pour into a glass, add a straw and be proud of yourself.
