    Try the newest ingredient in your morning smoothies to pack them with extra nutrients - Cauliflower.  Here are Four Ways to Make Cauliflower Smoothies that are delicious! {gluten free}

     Cauliflower Smoothies four ways

    Yes, I know how it sounds...Cauliflower in a smoothie?  Gross, right?

    NOT.

    You will never be able to taste it so why not add some extra nutrients to your smoothie in the morning?  Frozen cauliflower is readily available now at your local market, so get your hands on some and pack those smoothies! I keep riced cauliflower in my freezer and have even used it for make-ahead smoothie packs. Check out Costco for a great price on frozen riced cauliflower.

    Why should you add cauliflower to your smoothie?

    • vitamin C, potassium, and fiber
    • low sugar
    • adds creaminess
    • will help you stay full longer
    • you'll never taste it and neither will your kids!

    Try these Four Ways to Make Cauliflower Smoothies and let me know what you think!

    Four Ways to Make Cauliflower Smoothies

    How do you Freeze Cauliflower for Smoothies?

    It's so simple, just wash your cauliflower and cut it into florets.  Lay the cauliflower on a sheet pan and freeze it for a few hours.  This ensures that each piece is frozen and it won't all come out in one clump.  Place portions into freezer bags and freeze again.  You can also go ahead and add the berries or bananas and make smoothie freezer packs.

      I love it! Why not cauliflower, people use spinach all the time and no one says ewe there! I love cauliflower, it's kind of the forgotten veggie. What a great addition and four amazing smoothies!

      Cauliflower is one of my fave veggies, but I can't say that I've ever had in a smoothie. Would totally try this out, though! I have a smoothie practically every day and this is a great way to mix it up 🙂 Those colours are so pretty too!

      Whatttt? How did I miss this? I am so glad I cruised through some of your recent posts. Definitely going to check this out. Admittedly, I did a double take, but you made a believer out of me. Peachy keen is my scene for sure! (Sorry I love rhyming wayyyy too much).
