Frozen cauliflower is readily available now at your local market, so get your hands on some and pack those smoothies! I keep riced cauliflower in my freezer and have even used it for make-ahead smoothie packs. Check out Costco for a great price on frozen riced cauliflower.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions

Throw all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until mixed.

Strawberry Banana Cauliflower Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender until well blended.

Peachy Keen Cauliflower Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions

Blueberry Oatmeal Cauliflower Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup gluten free oatmeal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup

I swear there is nothing cauliflower can’t do, so I don’t think cauliflower in a smoothie sounds gross at all! In fact, it sounds delicious!! Loving all four versions!! Can’t wait to try them! Cheers!
