How to Make Plum and Pomegranate Toast
One of my favorite things about this delicious treat is that it’s incredibly easy to make. Aside from the toasting of the bread, there’s no cooking required. It’s as simple as these two steps:
- Toast your bread, then spread the cream cheese on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the cream cheese, then top with sliced plums, pomegranate arils, sunflower seeds, and a generous drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- 2 pieces gluten free bread I like Canyon Bakehouse
- 2 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
- 2 plums sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate arils
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Make the toast and spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle on the cinnamon. Top with sliced plums, pomegranate arils, sunflower seeds and a generous drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately.
