Ingredients

Almond Milk - I prefer using unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk, but any milk will work.
F-Factor 20/20 Plant-Based Fiber/ Powder
Frozen blackberries - You can also use fresh but be sure to look for brightly colored ones with no mold.
Banana - I used ½ of a banana. You could also use frozen bananas, which I love having on hand for smoothies.
Vanilla extract - This adds extra flavor and goes great with blackberries.
Truvia - I like adding a little Truvia for a tad bit of sweetness, but this is optional.

Instructions

Blitz all ingredients in a high-powered blender and serve cold!

Variations

Add a teaspoon of flax or chia seeds for extra healthy fats, protein, and fiber.
Don't like bananas? Use more frozen berries instead.
Change up the blackberries and use strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries instead. You can't go wrong.
