    This Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a healthy indulgent five ingredient snack that will satisfy all your sweet cravings and keep you full.  Layers of rich chocolate and peanut butter to the rescue.  {keto, gluten free, dairy free, whole30, paleo, vegan}

    chocolate peanut butter fudge with chocolate drizzled all over

    Craving something rich and sweet?  I got you covered with this Keto five ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge.  It's very similar to Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs but easier to make in baking pan. Keep it in the freezer and when your cravings strike, you'll be ready!

    Whether you follow the keto diet or not, these treats are super satisfying and will stop hunger in it's tracks. Try them in the late afternoon or after dinner.

    four pieces of chocolate fudge stacked up

    Ingredients

    • coconut oil - I love using coconut oil in treats like this because it's loaded with goodness and the healthy fat keeps me satisfied.
    • chocolate -  Use unsweetened chocolate if you are following the keto diet. OR you can use stevia sweetened Lily's chocolate chips then omit the sweetener.
    • peanut butter - I use natural unsweetened peanut butter that has to be stirred. It's so crazy delicious. Once you try it, you'll never buy the other kind again.
    • vanilla - I like to use Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract

    Instructions

    Okay, I will admit that this Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a bit more time consuming then I would like but it's worth it.  The time involved is mostly hands-off when it is chilling in the refrigerator. It's hard to wait for it to be ready!

    All you had to do is melt all the ingredients and pour into a baking pan.  You got this!  And then you have those beautiful layers.
