One of my favorite things about this delicious treat is that it's incredibly easy to make. Aside from the toasting of the bread, there's no cooking required. It's as simple as these two steps:

Toast your bread, then spread the cream cheese on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the cream cheese, then top with sliced plums, pomegranate arils, sunflower seeds, and a generous drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
