    Ingredients

    • 1 cup natural almond butter
    • ½ cup gluten free chocolate chips
    • ½ cup coconut sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    • Scoop with a mini ice cream scooper onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
    • Bake for about 9-11 minutes.

    Notes

    These can be stored on the countertop in a glass container for up to a week.

      So excited to make these with my daughter. She is gf and never had a really good donut but she loves apple cider!! If using a mini donut pan would you adjust the baking time at all?

        Yes I think you should reduce it by about ten minutes and start checking them. Hope she likes them!
