I keep riced cauliflower in my freezer and have even used it for make-ahead smoothie packs.

If you prefer to make your own riced cauliflower you can do it in a few easy steps but remember you can use any frozen cauliflower in these smoothies. It doesn't have to be riced cauliflower.
- Wash the raw cauliflower florets.
- Cut into smaller pieces, including stems
- Place in a food processor and pulse gently until it starts to look like rice. Be careful not to pulse too much because it can get mushy quickly.
- From there you can place into freezer bags for use in these smoothies or you can make full smoothie bags with all the smoothie ingredients into one bag. So easy to grab on the run. Perfect meal prep.
